Protecting your data matters to us. We process personal data only in accordance with the law (GDPR, Austrian Data Protection Act, Austrian Telecommunications Act 2021). This policy explains the most important aspects of data processing on our website.

Our website is hosted by [name and location of the hosting provider]. When you visit the website, technically necessary data is processed (IP address, date and time of access, page requested, browser and operating system). This data is required to deliver and secure the website and is deleted after [e.g. 14] days.

Legal basis: our legitimate interest in a secure and stable website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

When you contact us via a form on the website (contact, consultation request, “Notify me”), we process the data you provide (name, email, phone number, message) to respond to your request. Requests are forwarded to our team via the messaging service Telegram (Telegram FZ-LLC, Dubai, UAE), which may involve a transfer to a third country.

Legal basis: handling your request or pre-contractual steps (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The data is deleted once it is no longer needed, unless statutory retention periods apply.

If you subscribe to our newsletter, we use your name and email address to send you news about classes, events and offers. We use the service SendPulse [add provider and location as per contract] to send it. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in every email.

Our class schedule and online booking are provided by Eversports (Eversports GmbH, Vienna). The schedule is only loaded once you agree (cookie settings “External content” or the “Show schedule” button). Your IP address is then transmitted to Eversports, which may set its own cookies. Eversports’ privacy policy applies to bookings.

Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager by Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland) to analyse how our website is used and to improve it. Without consent these services are not loaded. Google Analytics 4 does not store IP addresses. Data may be transferred to Google LLC in the USA; Google is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time in the cookie settings.

Our website contains links to external sites (e.g. Instagram, Facebook, Google Maps, doTERRA, Eversports). Their content is only loaded when you click the link; from then on, the respective provider’s privacy policy applies.

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. You can withdraw any consent at any time with effect for the future. Just contact us at [email protected].
